Réseau-Femmes Colombie-Britannique now offers francophone families newly settled in Greater Vancouver the Home Instruction for Parents of Preschool Youngsters (HIPPY) and Supporting Mothers and Raising Toddlers (SMART) programs to help prepare their preschool-aged children for school.
